Description
The Market Conduct Office (MCO) is responsible for embedding market conduct in business decisions, and improving the efficiency, sustainability and transparency of market conduct controls. Residing within the Front Office and reporting up into the Head of the IB, MCO will focus on providing governance and oversight for all of DB activities related to market conduct.MCO will promote resiliency and sustainability of the Market Conduct control environment and mitigate risks by overseeing and supporting the firm’s risk management, internal controls, governance, and culture relating to market conduct to foster trust and confidence in DB’s provision of financial services.What we’ll offer you
