The Divisional HR Executive will lead the human resources function for the Tourvest Destination Management (TDM) division, providing strategic and operational leadership to support the division’s business objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for aligning the divisional HR strategy with the overall group HR framework, managing a team of HR professionals across various regions, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role requires a dynamic and experienced HR leader who can navigate a complex, multi-brand environment and effectively balance divisional needs with group-wide initiatives.
