Position Summary The Division Operations Director provides support for the delivery of instruction and student success in fulfillment of the CollegeΒΏs mission and vision by managing Division and program budgets, calculating and monitoring full-time faculty workload, supervising staff, and establishing common filing systems and procedures while ensuring compliance with records management. The Division Operations Director has authority to implement Division policies and procedures in collaboration with the Dean to prioritize equity, student success, employee wellbeing, and community impact. This position will also initiate, and lead process improvement and change management aimed at facilitating faculty excellence, innovative and inclusive programs, and strengthening community and industry partnerships.
