Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Partner with the General Manager and Corporate HR to align HR strategies with divisional goalsServe as the primary HR contact for all employees within the divisionChampion company culture and drive engagement, retention, and professional growth initiativesProvide leadership coaching, performance guidance, and policy interpretation to managers and supervisors Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
