Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) that are accountable for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop your team.
MANAGING EXPECTATIONS
Establish Sales/Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for each assigned Account Manager and oversee these monthly Indicators; this includes feedback, coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews.
Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement national/local programming.
LEADING EXCELLENCE
