What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Lead the Team: Oversee a team of Medical Sales Representatives, providing them with the coaching and tools they need to succeed.
- Hit the Target: Take ownership of your district's sales goals and develop the strategies needed to hit them.
- Analyze & Plan: Review sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within your territory.
- Build Connections: Maintain high-level relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and major hospital accounts.
