The mission of the Office Of Family and Community Advancement (OFCA) is to develop a district-wide culture of engagement and advancement, fostering and prioritizing partnerships between families, schools, the district, and our BPS community partners, with a shared understanding that each of us has an accountable role in every student’s success story, from enrollment through graduation and beyond.
The District Manager of Family Engagement Practice & Integration advances the district’s vision for high-impact family engagement by supporting the implementation of system-wide strategies that strengthen partnerships between schools and families. This role focuses on building the capacity of school-based staff and district teams to implement sustainable family engagement practices that improve student outcomes.
