Position Summary

This role oversees Pharmacy and Vision Center operations to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with management teams to enhance store procedures and meet strategic business needs.

What you’ll do

This role establishes short and long-term priorities aligned with operational, people, and merchandising initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency. Internal partnerships may be developed and leveraged to maximize deliverables, fostering strong relationships between operations, merchandising, and external partnerships. Conducting monthly financial reviews and sharing results with cross‑functional teams is also part of the role. People leadership involves career development for direct reports, assisting with recruitment strategies, managing evaluation processes, and providing ongoing coaching and accountability.
