Position Overview

**Job Description**

The District Chef is responsible for culinary operations across multiple locations, overseeing brand quality, menu execution, and team member development. This role will ensure consistency in safety, sanitation, and brand standards. The District Chef will supervise and coordinate all related culinary activities. This role is estimated to travel up to 20%.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Train and lead kitchen personnel.
+ Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food.
+ Select and develop recipes as well as standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality.
+ Establish presentation technique and quality standards.
+ Plan and price menus.
+ Ensure accurate equipment operation/maintenance
+ Ensure accurate safety and sanitation in kitchen.
