Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth within the distributor channel.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide necessary support to meet sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges faced by distributors promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards within the distributor network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations / Distributor Management / Field Sales (FMCG).
