Responsible for providing end to end distributor servicing to AXA distributors using different communication channels such as AXA Angel and Live Chat:
•Provide sound advice to distributors in terms of fund switching for variable policies
•Address queries on policy, billing, payment
•Resolve and/or de-escalation of complaints
•Educate distributors in the different self-service tools of AXA
•Escalatereal-time issues for top call drivers that are out of the ordinary
Address distributor inquiries on transaction status & aftersales process
Processing of identified after sales transactions
Provides recommendations and solutions to complicated scenarios
Take escalated calls for ownership and resolution of soft complaints
Educational Qualifications
Relevant Experience
College graduate
Any 4-year course; preferably a Business Degree
