2.JOB GOALS

• Assess and ensure intermediary infrastructure and delivery capacity align with RTC transformation requirements.
• Coordinate the list of intermediaries for Distribution development, identify and drive opportunities and facilitate onboarding in line with the annual RTC transformation roadmap.
• Ensure visibility of customers and price lists on Distributor deployment, align intermediary optimized routing plans based on coverage.
• Embed a new way of working, encompassing order and delivery flow, and new fulfillment KPIs.
• Provide support, knowledge transfer, and resources to internal and external stakeholders.

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate in Business Administration/Economics.
• From 5 years of working experience in commercial FMCG, including at least 2 years in Senior sales. Management trainee background is a plus
