The Distribution Center Administrative Assistant (DC Admin) plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the Distribution Center. This position is responsible for managing facility supplies, including maintaining accurate inventory levels, ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution to ensure uninterrupted operations. In addition to supply management, the DC Admin provides essential administrative support to the Distribution Center leadership team, assisting with scheduling, coordinating events, budgeting, and expense reconciliation. The role works closely with multiple internal departments and serves as a key partner in maintaining organization, communication, and operational efficiency throughout the facility.
