This well‑established team advises a wide spectrum of clients on commercial, property and housing disputes. Their work spans tenancy enforcement arising from nuisance behaviour, criminal activity and anti‑social conduct, as well as succession, possession, defending disrepair claims, homelessness, and guiding clients through the changes introduced by the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
