Role Summary:

A display test engineer ensures that display modules meet all optical, electrical, and functional quality standards. The role leads the industrialization of display test systems, covering core technologies including flashing, calibration, homogeneity, touch testing, and sub-pixel tests for manufacturing, sample shop, and R&D environments.

Develop Display Test Setup

• Select and integrate optical measurement equipment (spectroradiometers, colorimeters, imaging photometers, gamma meters)
• Define and validate EOL test concepts for production
• Ensure consistent test patterns and lighting conditions
• Implement display calibration (brightness, white point)
• Monitor and maintain golden samples
