Job Details

The Dispatcher position is critical to the efficient assignment of resources to the customers and clients served by the company. Employees in this position will perform the following:
+ Take a status report from the previous dispatcher

+ Log on to Rescue Net

+ Sign into the Dispatch Log

+ Review Crewscheduler for the scheduled units to plan the work flow for the shift

+ Provide accurate ETA’s to the Call Takers for emergency calls

+ Monitor the board and update on a regular basis
