Transdev in Lancaster, California is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients.We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:
+ $22.11/hour - $25.00/hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
+ Starting pay $22.11/hour with progression to $25.00/hour over4years.
Benefits include:
+ Vacation:70 hours to 120 hours days per year
Paid Sick Leave:All non-probationary dispatchers and customer service representatives who work thirty (30) or more days per year shall receive twenty-four (24) hours of sick leave on January
+ 1 of each calendar year.; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.
