**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Schedule and dispatch ready-mix deliveries to meet customer timelines and job site requirements
+ Communicate with drivers, plant teams, and customers to coordinate efficient delivery routes
+ Monitor orders and adjust schedules in real time to address changes or delays
+ Maintain accurate order entry, delivery tickets, and dispatch records
+ Support a culture of safety by reinforcing safe work practices and compliance

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Knowledge or experience in dispatch for trucks and fleets
+ Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
+ Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
