Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our North Bay operations team. This position starts at 7:00 AM each day, helping get technicians organized, scheduled, and out to their calls for a successful day. It's a great fit for someone who likes getting an early start and getting off earlier in the afternoon.

This position is based out of our North Bay headquarters in Novato and supports service operations across Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. This is an important role within our company. We are looking for someone who can manage a busy service schedule, keep technicians moving efficiently, and ensure our customers receive excellent service. The Dispatcher acts as the central point of coordination between technicians in the field, customers, and the operations team.
