Responsibilities

+ This is a 365-day, 24/7 facility. Must be willing and able to work holidays, weekends, graveyard, swing and day shift as needed.
+ Contacts customers to arrange for service to be performed; updates outage information (OMS).
+ Supports storm order activities through the identification of problems affected by circuit outages.
