**Position Summary:**

This position is for EPES Transport, LLC., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, NC. The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily fleet operations, communicating with drivers, monitoring service performance, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. This role supports driver compliance, manages equipment and service issues, maintains accurate fleet information, and partners with Operations, Safety, and Maintenance teams to ensure safe and effective transportation operations.

• Follows up with specified drivers on instructions from Driver Managers and communicates any service issues, late deliveries, or drivers requiring write-ups, leaving notes for Driver Managers as necessary.
