SHIFT SCHEDULE: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Focus on customer service external and internal
Dispatch coverage and back up as required
Delivery appointment scheduling, communicating to team members
Maintain OPS log (Microsoft Database)
Process P&D documentation
Assist with billing and rescale entries
General administrative duties including answering phones, assisting customers, filing, etc.
