Job Summary
Provides security dispatching, alarm monitoring, access control monitoring, CCTV monitoring, customer service, and office support to meet the needs of the Security Services Department.
Job Duties
+ Performs security dispatching and monitoring services for the Security Services Department.
+ Coordinates and answers security calls and inquiries; advises and answers questions about policies and procedures; makes referrals as appropriate.
+ Answers the telephone for Security Services Department.
+ Dispatches security resources to meet calls for service needs.
+ Handles walk in customer issues at the Security Office.
+ Redirects individuals to appropriate resources.
+ Maintains confidentiality of all department matters.
+ Maintains detailed reports and logs of services provided.
+ Communicates effectively with internal and external customers.
