Salary: £40,000 to £42,000

We are a Leeds-based hotel bedroom manufacturing company, with 28 years of experience delivering high-quality, bespoke bedroom solutions to hotels such as Hilton, Radisson, Marriott and Holiday Inn across the UK. We employ approximately 140 people across both production and office functions.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dispatch Manager to lead our Dispatch Department and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately, on time, and in full.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, coordinating shipments, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and driving departmental performance.
