Position Overview
Role:
- Be the contact person for customers and service technicians
- Administer and schedule service technicians in the field, taking into account
- product and customer knowledge as well as temporal and spatial availability
- Ensure customer satisfaction through compliance with agreed service level agreements while taking into account high economic efficiency
- Handle escalations
- Ensure service documentation and update if necessary
Requirements:
- B2 English
- Ability to work independently
- Quick comprehension
