**Job Description**
The custodial worker maintains clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a fast-paced food service environment. This role supports safe food preparation and service by ensuring all back-of-house areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, including floors, counters, prep stations, and storage spaces.
+ Clean, sanitize, and properly store kitchen equipment, tools, and utensils after use.
+ Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
+ Handle cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and according to guidelines.
