**Description:**
**Purpose:** operate industrial washers, hand-wash pots, manage waste disposal, and maintain sanitation in the dish room and kitchen, contributing to patient safety.
**7:00am-3:30pm, five days per week, with rotating weekends.**
**What you will do:**
+ **Sanitization & Cleaning:** Cleaning and sanitizing patient trays, eating utensils, glasses, and pots/pans using machines or manual washing.
+ **Dish Machine Maintenance:** Operating, cleaning, and monitoring temperatures/chemical levels of industrial dishwashers.
+ **Kitchen Maintenance:** Sweeping/mopping kitchen floors, cleaning worktables, walls, and taking out trash to maintain high hygiene standards.
+ **Support & Transport:** Distributing clean items, transporting carts to patient floors, and assisting with tray line assembly.
