Graduate Program – #Discover II 2026/2027

AIRBUS has more than 70 vacancies for its full‑time graduate program in Spain. The program starts on 5th October 2026 and runs until 1st October 2027.

The selection process will take place from April 2026 to July 2026.

The program combines a Master’s education at Camilo José Cela University with an 11‑month internship at Airbus (full‑time, 40 h/week) in an area related to your degree. You will receive an attractive study grant and will learn essential skills for future professionals in the aeronautical sector.

Internship Job Description

• Contribute to definition of internal product safety policy and associated requirements and processes, and control their implementation.
• Identify possible aviation safety issues and manage safety risks.
