AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – #Discover II 2026/2027. The program starts on 5 October 2026 and runs until 1 October 2027. We look for recent graduates in various disciplines who want to develop their careers in the aeronautical sector. Selection takes place from April to July 2026.
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) that offers advanced training and a Master’s degree organized into three training blocks. You will study for a Master and then work for 11 months in an area related to your degree. The internship starts in early October 2026, lasts 11 months, is full time (40 h/week) and includes an attractive study grant.
