Airbus offers a full‑time graduate programme in Spain, #DISCOVER I 2026/2027, starting March 2nd 2026. The programme targets recent graduates from various disciplines who want to develop a career in the aeronautical sector. The selection process will run from October 2025 to February 2026.
This internship combines an 11‑month internship at Airbus with a Master’s programme organised in three training blocks. The internship begins in early March 2026, lasts 11 months, is full‑time (40 h per week) and includes an attractive study grant.
As a liaison between HR and business units, you will support the execution of business plans by translating business needs into HR solutions. You will learn about company targets, HR labour regulations and the employee life‑cycle.
