The Services required are set out as follows: Disciplinary Support, via a restorative practice approach:
Supporting late-coming, in-house suspension and detentions, and support pull-out programmes.
Serves as a mentor for students requiring closer guidance.
Patrolling classroom blocks, canteen, basketball courts, and field during recess and lunch times.
Conducts physical monitoring and patrolling on school premises and the neighbourhood after school curriculum hours.
Investigative & Case Support:
When incidents happen, support investigations and support students via the Restorative Practices approach by obtaining student and witness statements for Student Management KP follow‑up.
Close the loop by communicating with parents, staff and students where needed.
