Position Overview
Key Responsibilities 1. Student Discipline & Supervision - Assist teachers in maintaining classroom discipline and management.
- Supervise and manage students in detention classes (Responsibility In Action) during mornings or afternoons.
- Help detain and counsel students at specified locations until a Discipline Master (DM) or committee member is available.
- Assist the Discipline Master and Operations Manager (OM) in handling and managing specific disciplinary cases.
2. Patrol & Movement Management - Conduct regular patrols of school premises before, during, and after change of periods.
- Patrol the surrounding vicinity, including nearby shops and shopping centers, to manage student behavior outside school hours.
- Manage student movement and behavior during internal and national examinations.
