About the Role

As our Infrastructure Disaster Recovery Manager, you’ll lead the general strategy that keeps TD SYNNEX running. You’ll define standards, run large‑scale DR exercises, partner with global IT and Cybersecurity teams, and ensure our mission‑critical systems can be restored quickly and reliably. This is a high‑visibility role with direct impact across all regions and technologies.

• Own the global DR strategy that keeps TD SYNNEX running smoothly during any disruption.
• Design and maintain our DR framework, standards, and recovery requirements (RTO/RPO).
• Lead large‑scale DR tests across regions and technologies, driving improvements and closing gaps.
• Oversee backup, replication, and recovery platforms across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Partner with global IT, Cybersecurity, and leadership to ensure systems are resilient, compliant, and audit‑ready.
