Support Worker - S.I.L Shifts in Coorparoo and Macgregor!About the RoleWe are seeking compassionate and experienced support workers with a strong background in assisting individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and Autism to join our team on Brisbane’s Southside S.I.L Houses in Macgregor and Coorparoo.
Qualifications & Experience- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or other relevant qualifications is preferred but not essential.
- Experience supporting individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome and/or Autism is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs).
