Skills and experience expected include:

1. An AQF Certificate II or at least one year of relevant experience.
2. Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with disabilities, including those with complex needs.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
4. Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and person-centred care principles.
