**Job Summary**

This position will oversee Transmission Line Operations within Transmission Field Services; covering the AEP Ohio and Indiana Michigan Power Territories.

The Director Transmission Field Services (TFS) is a key member of the TFS leadership team responsible for the development and execution of strategies that allow for the safe and cost effective delivery of field services to our internal and external business customers. Key services offered are various construction services, maintenance, field operations and emergency restoration for transmission facilities and distribution station facilities. For the assigned geographic footprint, responsible for one of the three functional areas in TFS: Station, Protection & Control or Transmission Line.
