Director – Technical Services, APAC

As the Director – Technical Services, APAC, you will be responsible for the technical and field service activities within the Asia Pacific region. You will work with the Asia Pacific Senior Leadership team to set the strategic business direction and plans to achieve/exceed the technical service objectives and profitability to be a vital contributor to the future growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the service team is contributing to the best possible customer expectations.
• Develop and execute a service strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on scalability, customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Ensure all service operations comply with FDA, ISO 13485 and other applicable medical device regulations.
