+ 15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on HR system implementations.
+ Experience using AI first strategy across HR systems.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
+ Experience in the technology or internet industry.
+ Experience in driving AI first strategy across HR systems.
+ Experience working within very large, global organizations.
