The Director, Tech Transfer is a senior leadership role within Technical Operations, responsible for defining and executing the global process and analytical technology transfer strategy across the product lifecycle. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the robust, compliant, and scalable transfer of manufacturing processes and analytical methods across development, internal manufacturing sites, and external partners. You will enable successful commercialization, lifecycle management, and manufacturing network optimization by driving strategic technology transfer initiatives across CSL’s global operations. Working across development, manufacturing, quality, and external partner organizations, you will provide leadership for complex global transfer programs and ensure alignment of transfer execution with portfolio priorities, operational objectives, and regulatory requirements.
