Position Overview
**Description**
The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Strategy Lead is responsible for defining and driving the enterprise strategy for talent acquisition, onboarding, and early talent experience across the organization. This role serves as the COE domain lead for the end-to-end candidate and new hire journey, partnering closely with PXT, Talent Acquisition operations, and business leaders to design scalable, modern, and high-impact solutions.
This leader owns strategy, standards, governance, and capability design for recruiting and onboarding, while ensuring operational execution is effectively delivered through PXT and MSP partners. The role focuses on enterprise design and outcomes rather than day-to-day recruiting operations.
This position requires a strategic, forward-thinking leader with strong experience in enterprise talent acquisition design, employer branding, onboarding transformation, and workforce planning.
