**Purpose**

Leads and oversees Talent Acquisition in GBS Colombia for Global Operations, Technology and Control functions roles including HR, Finance, among others, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Responsible for leading a high performing talent acquisition team on site that are grounded in competitive intelligence to partner with Scotiabank’s Leadership at all levels of the organization and in multiple countries. Provide vision and strategic direction to Global Talent Acquisition strategies, future of TA and coaching of direct reports.
