About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director – Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our end-to-end recruitment function. This role will be responsible for driving the organization‘s talent acquisition strategy, managing a high-performing TA team, and partnering closely with business leaders to attract top talent across all functions.
The ideal candidate has successfully built and led TA teams in startup and high-growth environments , possesses strong stakeholder management skills, and has a proven track record of delivering hiring outcomes at scale.
