A 204-bed community hospital in Loxahatchee, FL (Palm Beach County) — designated as an AHCA Primary Stroke Center with a Level II NICU, a full-service Children's Hospital, and a robust robotics program — is seeking a Director of Surgical Services.


The role. The Director of Surgical Services reports directly to the hospital COO and leads a department of approximately 84 FTEs, including an OR Manager, PACU Lead, Pre-Op Lead, and SPD Supervisor. The surgical program encompasses 9 operating rooms (including one hybrid OR), 5 Xi robotic systems, and performs approximately 5, 500 cases per year across service lines that include gynecology, pediatrics, orthopedics, bariatrics, and neurosurgery.
