In today’s complex financing and capital markets environment, we partner closely with clients to deliver bespoke financing and risk transfer solutions , underpinned by disciplined credit underwriting, robust structuring, and strong governance across the trade lifecycle.

The Strategic Derivatives team focuses on structured financings and derivatives-backed transactions , particularly those secured against listed and unlisted equity stakes , private companies, and fund interests. These transactions require deep fundamental analysis, conservative collateral frameworks, and close coordination with Risk, Legal and Compliance functions.
