As a Director Software Architect here at Honeywell, you will lead the end-to-end architectural execution across a high-velocity, AI-forward technology organization. You will own the full lifecycle from solution design through disciplined release delivery while maintaining an unrelenting focus on engineering excellence and customer outcomes.

You will report directly to our Chief Technology Officer and you’ll work out of our Hamilton, NJ location.

In this role, you will impact the organization’s innovation agenda across Software platforms and multi-cloud collaboration agent technologies, establishing architectural standards and governance that scale without sacrificing speed.
