We are looking for a Executive Director to maximize the company's operational capabilities and ensure customer retention. You will play a key role in developing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, managing the chef team, and overseeing daily cross-functional activities. As an experienced department head, you should have broad business knowledge, the ability to set and manage expectations, monitor progress, and possess excellent risk and dependency management skills.
Executive Director will plan and organize the work in collaboration with the teams ,ensuring that the food and service delivers meets the needs of the customer.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily work activities of operations teams.
Approve or prepare operations budgets, renovation schedules, and other reports.
Meet with operations team leaders to discuss issues related to operations, supply chain, or distribution.
