Programme Delivery & Fulfilment

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of POP, FoodX and EWTP projects from onboarding to completion
• Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to intended outcomes (productivity, workforce transformation, business performance)
• Develop and implement standardised delivery frameworks, SOPs, and toolkits to ensure consistency and scalability
• Monitor project pipelines and resource allocation across delivery team
