**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Director of the Huger Mercy Living Center, you will help ensure the seamless operation and high-quality care delivery of our facility to provide a safe, nurturing, and compliant environment for our residents 24/7.

Every day you will oversee the administrative, clinical, and financial operations of the center. You will be expected to coordinate resident care, manage budgets, lead and mentor staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the community.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive understanding of senior living center operations, including regulatory and financial management.
