A&M’s PEPI practice is looking to hire a Director / Senior Associate (m/f/d) in Operations & Supply Chain with a strong focus on the Food & Beverage industry .

This role is focused on leading and delivering large, complex engagements for private equity-backed food and beverage companies, working closely with PE deal teams and operating partners. You will play a key role in diagnosing operational performance, designing value-creation initiatives, and implementing sustainable improvement across manufacturing, production, and supply chain environments within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and regulated food production settings.
