**Director, Sales Operations**
**Position Summary**
The Director, Sales Operations is responsible for driving retail sales, gross-to-net shipment plans, inventory management, forecasting, and operational planning across key retail accounts. This role partners closely with Account Management, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Brand Leadership to support profitable growth, optimize inventory, and improve business performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and financial forecasting processes.
+ Develop and manage retail sales, shipment, return, and inventory forecasts.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to align business plans and identify risks and opportunities.
+ Monitor and optimize key inventory metrics, including weeks of supply, inventory turns, service levels, fill rates, and returns.
